Laughing with him or at him?

Jakob has been laughing at almost anything these days. Just before Danny started tickling him he was actually trying to scare him. Jakob would just flinch and start to laugh. At least Jakob laughs when he gets scared by Danny, I just glare at him and say, "You know I don't like being scared!" Hey, does this mean I'm off the hook? No, I don't think I'll get off that easy.
