I'll be honest...I haven't thought much about starting Molly on cereal yet. Even though she is four and a half months old and is clearly big enough for it, I just don't want to see her grow up too fast. (ha ha What a difference this is from Jakob) I just haven't been interested in feeding her and she hasn't been too interested in eating it.
Molly has been pretty fussy lately. She has it the worst right before bedtime. I was getting frustrated with her inconsistent sleep habits from 6-10pm so after some "sleep habit intervention" and a great suggestion from my mother-in-law, I agreed that maybe she needed some cereal to help her feel full. So that's what I did.
It turns out that even though she made funny faces, she ate and loved most of it!
