Jakob is using his new independence to do "big boy" things, like sleep in a toddler bed, make his own lunch (with assistance), brush his teeth, and get his very own drink of water.
He recently learned that the kitchen chairs will work to his advantage to get what he wants:
This could be the beginning of a new problem in our house. :)

You're lucky you made it this long. Anna's been pushing our chairs around(and falling off them) for months!
How we wish we could see you and your children. We miss knowing them better.
