The Hideout

For Christmas we treated our family to a new laptop-with built in digital livecam!  (which means we are now part of the world of skype) And since we now have a new laptop, we needed a place to put it.  The kitchen table and the couch have proven to be dangerous solutions, so we only did the next best thing: a computer desk.

We found a cheapo desk from walmart that fits our space (or lack there of) perfectly, and is big/small enough for our laptop and a few other miscellaneous devices.  So far, despite it's cheap quality and duriblity, it has been perfect.

Molly will agree:

Molly loves sitting on the bottom shelf of the computer desk.  She mostly enjoys watching her brother play. She is the perfect height, barely skimming her head when she stands, and the perfect weight for this little hideout.

When I catch her under the desk, she greets me with a bright-eyed smile.  I can tell she is proud of her space. Proud of the fact that it fits perfectly just for her.

She loves being able to "get away" from her brother.
