I started making plans for this year's Christmas tree on Christmas Day last year. We were at the Rodney's again for a wonderful dinner, and while we enjoyed the food and good company, I spent a lot of ,my time admiring their tree. It was so unique and lovely that I just had to have one of my own the following year. I guess you could say that I have turned into a tree-snob. :)
The drive to this particular farm is about 45 minutes away. We passed a handful of other farms on the way, and that really annoyed Danny, but unfortunately they didn't sell the one I was looking for....and I was looking for a something particular. I knew which farm to go to get the tree that I wanted.

Anyway, here it is! Please tell me how lovely and beautiful it is....it might justify the 45 minute drive and Danny's incessant rants about the gas mileage and driving time. :)
