The three magic words

Okay, so I have been trying to keep up with the words that Jakob can say.

Now, he may be a little slow with verbal communication-well, using words that actually make sense. (baby babble doesn't count)- but he is very active and I believe verbal communication was placed on the bottom of his list because there were many other things more exciting to learn, such as how to play a movie in the DVD player.

With that said, out of all the words that Jakob CAN say, he uses three words most frequently: Daddy, Cheese, and Shoes.

Can you see the connection?

For those of you who know Danny, you know that he loves CHEESE and he is also very active. He prefers being outside doing SOMETHING rather than sitting around inside. Also, when Danny gets bored he usually wanders aimlessly about the house.

So...in my observation of Jakob and the three words that he uses most frequently, I have concluded that Jakob is just like his dad. Or wants to be just like his dad. Which I guess isn't so bad. But I told Danny that he may have won Jakob over, but the little girl is MINE!! He just shrugged his shoulders confidently and replied, "she'll most likely be a daddy's girl."

We'll see about that. :) (I'm not as confident as Danny)
