Friday:
I worked through irregular contractions this morning, keeping busy with the dishes, laundry and "the dude." I was experiencing lower back and pelvic pain during most of the morning. Luckily I was able to get in a nap because I think my body really needed it. (that is one thing I will truly miss once the baby is here: afternoon naps)
Contractions have stopped since 2:00 p.m. and baby is still active.

OH!!!!! and I wanted to give you an update on Jakob. Thanks for all the ideas and suggestions.
As of two days ago he is no longer throwing up. YAY!!!! But, we did notice small light-red bumps all over his back and stomach just days previous. GRRRREEEAT one more thing to add to the list of odd and confusing symptoms of this sick kid.
So again, I called the pediatrician and he still didn't seem too worried because at least Jakob WAS eating, even though he wasn't keeping it down, and he WAS more energetic than he has been in a couple of days.
We've been patient, taking one day at time, and now all we have to worry about is the diarrhea blow-out every morning. YUCK!!! But I think I'd rather deal with this than the throw up. Let's hope this too shall pass....quickly!
