Baby Sophs is 8 Months!

Baby girl is growing up!

Baby girl has two bottom teeth (top teeth are almost breaking through)

She gets up on her knees and lunges forward; almost crawling

She loves to brush her 'swaddling blanket' against her cheek and has to sleep with it in her bed

Sophia is sitting up unassisted

She doesn't need to be swaddled anymore...although I think it will help her sleep better

She still wakes up for 2-3 feedings at night

She is very good to self sooth and also very good to let me know when she's ready to sleep

Baby's Naps: 8:30   12:30   4:00  and Bed around 6:30 or 7:00

She loves eating baby YUMS (crackers) apple sauce, bananas, puffs, avacado, sweet potatoes and watermelon, to name a few

She dislikes cereal (it hurts her tummy/constipated) pureed veggies, and yogurt bites

Sophs loves drinking water from a straw (she still struggles drinking from a bottle)

Terrazyme is her friend...I give it to her daily

Sophia is learning how to wave.  I think she waved to me a few days ago: 

Baby girls loves snuggles/cuddles and will still sit contentedly on my lap for long periods of time 

Sophia tried quinoa yesterday and loved it!  I think she might have a gluten allergy...or still working on digesting food properly.

Sophia is still in the pack n' play in our room until further notice :) 

Little girl has a fear of dogs.  She was playing on the floor and then noticed the dog strolling past her....she screamed.

Molly is having fun pushing baby in the stroller.  In fact, after taking a stroll to the pharmacy in town multiple (old) people thought she was pushing a doll in the stroller, not a real baby.  

She has the best squishy cheeks!  We love giving her tons of kisses and hugs!
