Sophia Milestones

I might not be posting as often, but I am still taking pictures and video of fun/special moments. 

Baby Highlights: 

can say "Hi" and "Hot"

blows kisses, waves hi and bye, plays peek-a-boo

walks, but still wobbly

loves, LOVES oatmeal (she eats more than the kids)

loves blankets and pacifier, but hates the pink clip and takes it off every chance she gets

loves to get her shoes so I can take her outside

enjoys riding on the scooter, tractor, car, and trike

is fascinated with pulling toys out of toy box

is curious with books and prefers flipping through pages on her own

loves Daddy and other men.  she prefers men, I guess.

she tries to go down the slide all by herself.  yikes

doesn't prefer to drink cow's milk

she understands commands, and often cries when I tell her no

shakes her head to indicate no, no

knows sign language: "all done" and "more"

she still puts everything in her mouth.  she especially loves to eat rocks.

she loves to go down the stairs by herself, but refuses to go backwards.  (she prefers scooting down on her bum) eek!  

when music is on, this kid starts movin' and groovin'!

loves playing with toy cars, balls, and anything outside

weirdly, she likes scratching at my teeth.

occasionally she'll put her forehead to mine, asking for a kiss.

she loves waving/blowing kisses to jake as he gets on and off the bus.

SHE LOVES SAYING HI TO EVERYONE SHE MEETS!

she enjoys biting into her own apple
she loves rasins, oatmeal, frozen peas/corn, cheese, m&m's, and baby puffs
she is transitioning from two naps to one.  It is a mess! Luckily she still sleeps through the night from 6:30-7.

She is a trooper!  Being the third child, she has had to learn how to be flexible to the busy schedule of dance, school, soccer and everything in between.  Sophia is a happy, go with the flow kind of baby.  We love all the things she is learning right now and we especially love to cheer her on.  Hooray for milestones!
