She speaks!

Words: choo choo, ball, baby, daddy, mommy, jakob, water, more, mine, shoes, cheese, here, come here, I want....., where is...., down stairs, outside, blankie, thank you, please, hi, bubbles, doggie, fish, banana, and a few more that I can't remember.

I just can't get enough of this little girl!

With all the tantrums, sleep battles, and fights with Jakob, this child manages to bat her long beautiful eyelashes and strut her toothy grin to turn those frustrated feelings upside down.

Molly  just figured out that she can ask for something and get it (most of the time).  She is communicating clearly and consistently.  Her favorite words are ya and no.  She is growing out of all her clothes ( in just three weeks) and has managed to outgrow every pair of shoes that we own.  Even the cute little jelly shoes from cousin Anna.

My favorite thing(s): Molly does funny things with her lips.  When it's time for bed I take her to her room and wait for the fishy-kiss cue to tell me it's time to sleep.    Those cute little lips purse together then she lays in bed and goes to sleep.  (I don't think she gives the fishy-kiss to daddy; it's only a mommy thing)  The other thing is when she says no, she draws it out so her lips make an exaggerated "o".  Her top lip touches her nose as she says it.

There is a lot going on in our house these days, thanks to the developmental growth spurts from my children, and I am looking forward to seeing my kids make connections and become functioning family members.
